Graduating with distinction as a member of the Order of the Coif, she also served as a Senior Editor of the West Virginia Law Review, where her work was published in Volume 113, Issue 2. Jenny’s dedication to the law was further honed through prestigious clerkships with the Honorable David A. Faber in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and U.S. District Judge Danny C. Reeves in the Eastern District of Kentucky.

In her professional practice, Jenny has tirelessly sought civil justice for injured victims, holding perpetrators and their institutions accountable. Her experience spans several states, having worked as a litigator at personal injury firms such as Laffey Bucci Kent in Philadelphia, PA, Winters Law Group in Lexington, KY, and Smith Oropeza in Key West, FL. Additionally, she served as a City Attorney in Vero Beach, FL. Currently, at Breit Biniazan, she continues her advocacy, focusing on the complex and sensitive issues faced by survivors of severe abuse. Her practice areas include crime victim’s rights, child sexual abuse, product liability, class action, and mass torts.

Beyond her legal practice, Jenny is a fervent supporter of trauma-informed advocacy, recognizing the critical importance of honoring and supporting survivors on their journey to recovery. She is a trained yoga teacher (RYT 500) and an active volunteer, dedicating countless hours to supporting local communities and causes. Jenny’s volunteer work includes supporting Safe Space of Indian River County and Communities Connected 4 Kids, focusing on the rights and needs of children, including foster children and their families. Additionally, she serves as a child advocate for the Guardian Ad Litem program in Florida, further demonstrating her commitment to creating a safer and more just environment for vulnerable individuals in society. She also holds the position of VP Fund Development for the Junior League of Indian River County.
